• We can take reservations up to 2 years in advance with a deposit by check. If a Credit Card is to be used for the deposit, reservations are limited to 1 year in advance.
  • The deposit is equal the facility fee. The room fees are paid for at the time of use.
  • Refund policy:
    • Cancellations may only be made by Guest in writing (e-mails sent to kristi@hoa-solutionsinc.com are acceptable provided that Owner sends a reply email confirming receipt). Because of the long term planning required for a facility like this, refunds are only given if notice of cancellation from Guest is 180 days or more before the Arrival Date. The refund will be equal to all payments previously paid by Guest, less a $100.00 cancellation fee.

We are aware that things come up that are out of your control. The COVID pandemic has shed light on such a situation. In the event of similar situations, we will work with the Guest to reschedule or provide a refund.
